Same-day shipping – order by 12:00 pm

1. How does the “Order by 12:00” rule work?

• If you place your order by 12:00 on a business day, it can still be prepared for shipping the same day.
• The requirement is that all ordered products are available and that the payment was confirmed in time.
• Orders placed after 12:00 as well as orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• The rule applies only to products for which a corresponding note about same-day shipping is shown on the product page.
• If the order contains products with different shipping times, the shipping date is based on the item with the longest shipping time.

I placed my order just before 12:00. Will the order still be shipped today?

If all items are available and payment was confirmed before 12:00, the order can still be processed on the same business day.

One item is available immediately, another has a longer shipping time. What applies?
