  • Refund after return: up to 14 business days after receipt of the shipment at our warehouse.
  • Cancellation before shipping: up to 7 business days.
  • Shipment returned to sender: up to 14 business days after the package is received.
  • Failed payment transaction / amount hold: usually 1–5 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Important information

  • A refund is generally made using the payment method used for the purchase.
  • After the refund is initiated, additional processing by your bank may take a few business days.
  • The actual visibility of the credit on your account depends on the respective payment provider or your bank.

3. When you should contact our customer service

Contact us if the processing time specified for your case has already expired and the refund has not yet been received.
