1. Important information

  • Cancellation is only possible as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • After shipping, we can neither cancel the order nor change its contents.
  • Separately placed orders are not combined into a single order.

2. What we can change before shipping

  • Delivery address
  • Cancellation of the entire order
  • Changes to products or quantities, provided the current processing and packaging status still allows it

3. What you should do now

  • Send your request as soon as possible, as orders are processed continuously.
  • If the package has already been shipped, the existing order can no longer be changed.
  • If necessary, you can place a new order with the desired products.

4. Required information for a request

  • Order number
  • Type of request: cancellation, address change, product change, or quantity change
  • Reason for cancellation, if applicable
